BUTCH

Never did I ever think that I would marry a man named Butch! But of course, that was before I met Butch McCartney himself. ;)

Butch is truly one of the sweetest guys you will ever meet. He is relentlessly capable of making me (and our clients!) laugh out loud and smile… now, whether they are laughing at him or with him is often debatable, but I really don’t think he would have it any other way. Laughter is one of my favorite parts of life with Butch!

Butch walks through life with a perpetually optimistic view of any and every situation.  He is creatively thoughtful, sincere, and  he is the best at making sure that everyone around him is having nothing less than the best of times. Apply that to a wedding day or portrait session, and you can imagine why he enjoys our job so much!

Pearl Jam, grilling out, pizza,  movies, road trips, and import beers are among his very favorite things… pretty sure I rank somewhere on that list too! ;)

You never have to worry about missing Butch’s smile, because he shows you every single one of his teeth… kind of like this :D  … and yes, it is ultra contagious! Like his little secret weapon.

When thinking about the fact that I am able to live every day of my life side by side with my very best friend, doing what we love together, and making each other laugh along the way, I can’t help but feel giddy and smile… just like this :D
